when I open Outlook I recieve this error message: The add-in
"C:\ProgramFiles\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d..." could not be
installed or located. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and
Repair on the Help menu.
I have done the Detect and Repair however the error message continues to pop
up.
I have been told that ithis is 2 problems 1. Spam blocker utiliybrowser and
wowpaper tools and 2. spam blocker utility-mail tool bar, and that they can
be removed in the add or remove program. I am unable to locate ant of these
items in the add remove program.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
