remove Outlook SpamBlockerUtility error.

I continue to receive a message "The add-in 'C:\Program
Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d...' could not be
installed
or loaded.

I believe I removed the SpamBlockerUtility but still get this message
from Outlook

I also do not seem to have the extend.dat file that I saw in other
solutions to this problem

using Outlook 2000

Redemption isn't a COM addin but an Exchange extension.

For Outlook 2000 select Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced Options button,
AddIn Manager button. Uncheck Redemption there.
