How do I name my project plan?

I want my project plan to have a title or project name associated with it.
How do you name your project plan?

To add a little bit more to Rob's great info. You can display this on the
schedule with Tools/Options/View (tab). Check "Show Project Summary Task"
which is essentailly Task 0. It gives your schedule the same title Rob
described.
