How do I suppress Update for Office 2003 French Grammar Checker

Every time I do the search for office updates, the French Grammar Checker
comes up as an update to download. I don't speak french, I don't read or
write french, my doctor even made me give-up french fries.

How can I suppress this unwanted and unneeded update from coming up over and
over again?

You don't - you need it even if you do not use French. It is a part of
Office and vulnerable irrespective of whether you use it or not.
