Office 20003 - French not enabled - why French Grammar updates

I have windows XP Pro - Office 2003.

Each time I run windows update, it says I need to download -
Update for Office 2003 French Grammar Checker (KB873381).
As far as I know I do not have any French language options enabled.
Why do I keep getting this?

Because the North American release of Office 2003 includes French by default
and the grammar option includes a potential vector for infection, whether
you use French or not.

Thank you very much that explains a lot.
I wish the 2 updates woud state something to that effect because I have been
declining those 2 updates because according to the description it did not
appear as though they applied to my installation.

So I guess I should go ahead and allow the updates. I will pass this info
along.
