http error (-18599) in Entourage

I am one of two Mac users with limited technical support within our
company. Neither of us are able to send email suddenly using Entourage
2004 version 11.2.1 (051004) on 10.4.3. Important background info: our
company's Outlook Exchange server was rebooted on Friday afternoon due
to a problem with using Exchange WebAccess online. This has not been
fixed yet; no one can access their email using WebAccess, but they all
(PC users) can receive and send email in the office using Outlook. But
since the server was rebooted, the Mac users cannot receive or send
email. I receive the following error:

HTTP error: Access to the resource has not been authorized. Mail could
not be sent. The message has been moved to your Drafts folder. Error
-18599.

I have tried to use Outlook Express with Virtual PC, and can receive
email, but cannot send email. We tried to install Outlook on the
Virtual PC, using the correct Exchange server settings, but it doesn't
work at all.

Going a little crazy here with no email!

Entourage uses the same WebDAV access to talk to the server that OWA uses.
Outlook uses the MAPI protocol.

You will have to wait until they fix OWA.
