installing Word onto a different computer

I was waiting for the delivery of my new computer. While waiting I used my
disks to install Word 2002 onto my son's computer. When my new computer came
I can not use the disks to install onto the new computer because they have
already been used in a download. Does anyone know how or if I can remove the
programs from my son's computer and then be allowed to put the programs on my
own computer now? I'd hate to have to pay tons of money for microsoft's
customer support just to be able to ask them this question!
