Installing an Office Upgrade onto a new computer w/o original Offi

I recently had a "C" drive "crash." I have been upgrading Office for years.
I can't find the "orginal" Office disk, so can't put the upgraded one onto
the new computer. They require an original disk to allow the up grade to be
added to the new computer. Now whatt? is there away to somehow allow the
upgraded disks i have to be installed on the new computer

No qualifying upgrade disk, no install. That's just the way it goes when you
purchase an upgrade.

You say you have been upgrading for years, do you have any previous version
Office or Works setup disk that may be a qualifier? You didn't say what
version you were upgrading to so I can't tell you what program versions
would qualify your current upgrade disk.

To add; if you cannot find an early disk that qualifies you can buy an early
edition on the likes of Ebay, provided what you buy is a qualifying version
recognised by whatever upgrade version you want to install
The qualifying version actually provides part of the licence for your
upgrade version, and as such needs safekeeping
