Is it possible to exclude a task from leveling?

G

Giannis

There might be some few tasks that have been scheduled manually, i.e. the
start and end dates as well as the resources have been set manually so that
there are no overallocations. For all other tasks, possible overallocations
should be resolved somehow without touching these manually scheduled tasks.
How is it possible to exclude these manually scheduled tasks from leveling?

Thank you,
Giannis

Hello Giannis,

To exclude a task from leveling add the priority field to the table and
set the priority to 1000. When you choose the Resource Leveling command
use Priority, Standard as the leveling order.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
