Missing Encarta services in Office 2003 research pane

In the Office 2003 research pane, Encarta Dictionary and Encarta Encyclopedia
are missing. I've searched the internet and found others asking about this
problem but I never found an answer. I've already checked "Research options"
but the Encarta items are not listed there.

I know Encarta services are an online resource so I guess my copy of Office,
for some reason, is not finding or not even looking for the service (my
language and country settings are Hungarian).

I wonder if these Encarta services have a URL address with which I could
simply "add" them to Office? Thanks!

I believed that you need to purchase and install Encarta to obtain the
search entries and access to online content.

Thanks for the suggestion. I do have Encarta 2003 installed, but I believe
the installed copy and the Encarta research pane items are different.

If you have the Encarta Encyclopedia and Encarta Dictionary items listed
under "Search options" in Office 2003, then you can look up the URL, which is
displayed if you click on each Encarta item and then click on "Properties."

This way, I could add the URL to search services manually (the URL will most
probably end in .asmx).
