MS Project 2003 Resource allocation.

Hi,
I am working on MS-Project 2003 with Project Server 2003 environment
I have a question regarding MSP as follows:

I have a two separate project, example Project1 and Project2, an
suppose one resource1 assigned on a task in Project1 for 60% an
remaining 40% assigned on another task on Project2.

Suppose when the resource1 does only 40% in project1 then 20% work ha
to be overallocated for this resource1 then what will be effect o
second Project2,there same resource is working for 40%.

Project2 will be extend or there it will be show resourc
overallocated?

Basically, here my client's wants second project should be exten
automatically according delay of Project1, because in Project
resource1 works only 40% which is less of assigned 60% work the
remaining work delays the duration of task then it should be reflect o
Project2 there same resource1 is working.
It could be possible to show in Project2, the effect of resource1 tas
delay in Project1.?

Pls. help!!
