MSProject 2002 Pro Installed but will not run (w2k pc)

I installed 2002 Pro and get message (not error) "The
command is attempting to use a web page from the site
gbui://mainpage.htm. You have not identified this site as
a trusted site in Internet Explorer."....more stuff about
trusted web sites... If I set trust to this site - project
begins loading but hangs when it should be building the
grid on the right side of the screen. The only way out is
Ctrl+alt+del. I have installed and uninstalled using
installpoint on server and from CD, always get the same
results. Help!!!
