OneNote Powetoys Outlook Installation Problem

Hi I wonder if anyone can help as I am diifficultty in installing the
Send to OneNote powertoy for Outlook. This is what I have done:
1. Installed Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
2. Downloaded the OneNote for Outlook .exe and run it.
3. Fired up Outlook 2003 and I get a dialogue box stating it could not
find: Send to OneNote from Outlook.msi and then gives me the option to
browse and locate it.

I have carried out a full search of C: and was unable to locate it
either.

Any ideas anyone?

An updated version of the powertoy will be published soon (= in a few weeks)
that addresses this bug.

For now you could try to workaround by:
save the *.exe locally rather than running it directly from the Web.
Double-click to run - it will extract files somewhere, usually under %temp%
folder: anything that wasn't there before would be a suspect (look for folder
named IXP***.TMP) - there should be the msi.

If you have a third party archive utility such as Winzip or WinRAR with
support for self-extracting archives, you could use that utility to
extract the SFA to its own folder and point the powertoy install to that
directory.

IE toolbar now has a blank button, which is invisible until I put the cursor
