Out of Office Error - Command is not available

Hi, we intermittently get this error when users attempt to turn off
(sometimes turn on) their OOF replies. This ONLY happens with those users
running a non-english version of Outlook. We can and have been solving by
either using OWA or changing the langauge to English. Am aware of
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823472 but this doesn't seem to resolve. We
also somtimes get MAPI32.DLL errors for non-english users and am convinced
this is all related. Anyone else ever got problems with OOF (or MAPI32.DLL)
isolated to the MUI's?

That's really odd. I'd make sure you have the latest updates and repair your installation. As for the Out of Office error message, this is what worked for me:
