Photodraw will not run

Bugged out

Recently my Photodraw will not run. I have installed/re-installed it in the
"safe" mode, tried it with & without XP service pack 2 but still not good.

The welcome pane appears then it says it has encountered an error & has to
close. The error reporting process completes but there is no answer from MSN.

I have also tried removing & installing Office but still no success. Any
help would be appreciated.

My first guess is that it may be a registry problem
