PWA access error

Has anyone seen this error before when you access PWA.

What does it mean and what caused it?

We use Project Server 2002 SP1. Any advise would be helpful.

Not an easy one to peg. We've seen errors like this when Antivirus software
on the server is scanning the global.asa file. Is this happening on every
system? Has it always happened? Is it something new? Can you give any
context?
