Recalled a message yesterday-not yet been told if successful?

Having failed to send an attachment with a message (but not realising for
20mins!) I attempted a recall and asked it to advise if the recall was
successful or not but have heard nothing back

It depends whether the mailbox u sent it to has been accessed.

normally when the mailbox is accessed, the recall message appears then a
report is ent back to you with success or otherwise.
