resize icons on menu bar and tabs

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

The icons on the menu bar are really tiny. I'd like to make them bigger. Also the tabs for the various sheets in my workbook are small - I'd like them larger too.
I'd like to increase the size of the icons on my word and powerpoint menus too.
Thanks for the help.

Sorry, but none of those are changes which can be made in Office.

If it's a matter of vision impairment you might investigate Mac OS
Accessibility features in System Preferences.

You can also try lower your monitor's resolution.
