Server Farm Configuration Not Complete

When I go to complete the first Administratior task, I get the following
error: Cannot display help.

Technical details: HC not found. (MS.Wss.QuickStart , 1033)

Any ideas?

Also, I have Project Server 2007 Beta TR set up on a standalone using the
server farm configuraiton. It is part of a domain and I am using a domain
account. The first shared service I tried to set up was the Project
Application Service. When I go to provision it, I get (Provisioning failed:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))).
Any ideas on this issue?
