Stop grouped shapes from resizing

Shape #1 (rectangular group) contains Shape #2 (rectangular group). Shape
#2 comprises of a number of shapes, each shape containing text. Shape #2 is
the same width as Shape #1 but has a smaller height.

When I resize the height of Shape #1, how do I stop Shape #2 and its
contents from being resized. I've spent ages playing around with the
'Resize Behaviour' settings but can't stop Shape #2 from resizing. Can
someone help me?

AFAIK, this can only be done via the "ShapeSheet Window". Select the
sub-Group (inside the outer group) which you want make fixed size and open
is's ShapeSheet in the Windows-menu. Change Width and Height from their
relative size to an absolute size.

Note: Under some circumstances, Visio changes width and hight back to a
relative value. I don't know why. If that happens you have to use the
ShapeSheet to correct it as I described.
