I have completed stepby step in adding more buttons to my
switchboard.
1. copy/paste more
2. changed the name of NEW command to Option9,Option10,
etc...
3. Changed the name of the NEW labels to OptionLabel9,
OptionLabel10, etc...
4. I've entered the following =HandleButtonClick
(9),=HandleButtonClick (10), ....
5. Changed Const conNumButtons = 12

Now when I go back to review what I've done, the window
states Run-time '2465': Action Item Database can't find
the field 'Option9' referred to in your expression.

END or DEBUG, click on debug and This is highlighted; Me
("Option" & intOption) .Visible = False

How do i fix this problem?

Triple check to make sure you have correctly named all the new command buttons and labels. The error
is pretty clear that it cannot find a control on the form called Option9.
Carefully go through all the names again.
It should work as instructed.
