i have word 2002 i think its the latest version on xp, language is english. i
have saved my work but when i open it i get a message box saying to select
the text encoding to open a readable document. there is a preview box of the
text which are all symbols and dont make sense. i have selected the different
options trying to make the document readable but nothing has worked.
i cannot find text encoding to make document readable, what can i do to
erradicate the problem?
