Too Large to Queue

C. Devon Sanderson

I'm new to this newsgroup and have not had a chance to review previous
postings. Hopefully, someone can help me with this issue.

I've been sending pictures to an e-mail group of family members. Recently
it no longer works. I get error 5450 "mail could not be sent" with the
following explanation:

"msn.com backlog too large to queue [domain may be overloaded or down]"

BTW, when I remove all msn.com email addresses, the group send will work.
Also, when I use another login account, I can send e-mail successfully to
addresses in the msn.com domain. So it appears to be an issue with my prime
login account only.

Clearly, I've exceeded some cache or queue limit, but can't seem to locate
it. I've deleted the following preferences:

com.microsoft.Entourage.plist
Entourage Preferences
Entourage Settings (10)

Would someone mind e-mail me a suggestion as to how to remedy this
situation.

Thanks.

It's not an error at your end - the problem is with MSN.

The error message gives you the reason - 'domain (that's MSN) is overloaded
or down'.
