Unable to access OCT from the setup.exe /admin switch

When I run the setup.exe /admin switch I get the following error:

Files necessary to run the Office Customization Tool were not found.
Run Setup from the installation point of a qualifying product.

I've done some research and know that when I create my network
installation point there should be a /admin folder.
But it's not there. Is there anywhere that I can download this folder?
We're trying to test our deployment before we buy the enterprise
edition which I know has the /admin folder. I got my RTM version of
office off of MSDN.

Hi Ben,

Retail 2007 Office products do not support the /admin switch (and do not include the files that go in the \Admin folder). The MS
Office 2007 Professional Edition on MSDN is a retail product.

Only volume license/enterprise editions will have the ability to use the Office Customization Tool (OCT).
