Update installation problem

Recently, when I tried to update my Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
(Swedish version), I ran into problems - the updates failed with the
general error code 1603. Parsing through one of the OHotfix_Msi.log
(relating to an unsuccessful update of OneNote) I found the following
error:

"StartCache: Error 0x8007000f: failed to cache cabinet: PA561401.CAB
StartCache: Error 0x8007000f: failed to set state for cabinet:
PA561401.CAB"

I have tried to find any reference to the error on the Internet with no
avail. I also have assured that the cabinet file is present in the
MSOCache directory - even substituted the cabinet file with the
original one from the installation-CD.

What is wrong?
