When opening a particular Visio drawing the Visio viewer produces the error
message "Visio viewer was not able to complete the operation". The viewer
can open other drawing files and the Visio drawing in question can be opened
in Visio 2003.
The drawing has 7 pages but the file size isn't really that big (1.5 MB).
So what we are trying to figure out is what in the drawing could possibly
cause the error to appear in the viewer?
We tried saving in 2002 format and that didn't change the end result.
