Word 97 Dr Watson Errors

Have a user running Word 97 on a NT4 Network. When
opening word it runs for a bit then generates a Dr Watson
Error and closes down. Other users can use this PC with
no problems, however this user has the same problem when
they use another PC. Any suggestions could it be profile
related??

Are you using roaming profiles?
If so yes it could be the profile. Also could be a default printer, or even
user error
