user is getting multiple dr watson errors and has to
reboot pc. user had reflections software loaded onto
machine I remove the software per Tech net suggestion but
the errors are still happening. see errors below:
80000003 (hardcoded breakpoint)
c0000005 (access violation)
Please help any ideas will be much appreceiated
