Word 97 DR Watson Errors

User is running word 97 on an nt 4.0 network. User runs
word for a bit then a Dr Watson Appplication Error occurs
and closes word down. Other users can use the same PC
with no errors and user when using a different PC has the
same errors. Looks like a profile issue but has anyone
any additional info.
