Works Suite 2006 - Word Problem ???

I just re-installed MS works Suite 2006 w/Word and the goodies...however when
I wnet to open a new document...or press on the 1st small left hand icon "new
document" I got a message to renew subscription...??? So I went to help tab
at top and got friendly animated fellow in lower right hand corner and I
searched for renew...etc...I got error message 1635 and the screen kept
flashing installing after I inserted #1 disc of MS Works Suite 2006 "Word"
disc...
Any help here...everything else works but not Word 2002 ?
