0X77C40ac4 referenced memory

When I close Outlook, I get a winword.exe error.

The instruction at "0x77c40ac4" referenced memory at "0x0000000c". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

I click ok, and the message goes away.

Any Ideas?
