Good Day

Trying to determine if I can retrieve any of my addresses
and emails w/pics on outlook. This error code wont let
me. Can this error be corrected?
I would appreciate any discussion on this issue

If the error is 0x800CCD1 (without the extra '0'), it means that Outlook was
unable to log into your IMAP server. Check your username and password.
