11 X 17 4-fold brocure

I have Publisher 2002 and want to format and create a 4-fold brocure on
11X17 paper for duplex printing on my HP 8550 DN color laser printer. Is
there anywhere I can get a basic template to set up the formatting?

There are templates in Publisher.
You will need to set up your printer driver (through File > Page Setup >
Printer and Paper) to use tabloid-size paper, and to use the duplex option
on your printer, and use the Page Setup > Layout in Publisher to specify
that it will be printed as a booklet.
