12.0.1 updater no longer shows in autoupdate

Which is unfortunate as that would have helped my users who have the
"double-click" problem and would have given them a temporary
"workaround" until this issue was hopefully fixed.

The "12.0" version of Excel is too crash-prone to run without the
12.0.1 update, unfortunately.

<sigh>
