2003 Mail Merge

Is there a mail merge wizard in Word 2003? If so where,
if not how do I do a mail merge

Tools>Letters and Mailings>Mailmerge

But, I would select Toolbars from the View menu and then turn on the
Mailmerge toolbar. I has buttons for everything that you would want to do.
