2003 Printing runtime error

Help, everytime I print the mail and then the following msg popup which is
"The runtime error has occurred. Do you want to debug? Line:1343 Error:
Unexpected error."
I did reinstall the outlook only, but it could not help, do I need to
reinstall the whole office 2003?
Or any idea can fix the problem?
