2GB PST recovery

I have more than 2GB of PST file,which I am not able to add to Microsoft
OUTLOOK ?
I have run PST@GB tool which reduces it to 1.5GB.Then I have run SCANPST.exe
which completed 8 phases of scanning.When I click on repair Button it shows
"Not Responding" & it doesn't Repair PST file.
please give solution ?

Maybe this will work for you:

Try creating another empty pst file and then using the import option to
import the large pst file's different areas into the new one. You will be
able to select the inbox, contacts, etc and import each area seperately. Just
give it some time to load up the large pst file for importing. Hope that
helps.
