4085 MB of memory but not enough to change assistant

I am trying to change assistants in Office 2003 and when I click on Gallery
to change the assistant I get message: There is not enough memory available
to complete this operation.....

According to task manager: Memory 1.13GB
Physical Memory 4085 MB
Cashed 3082 MB
Free 30

I have Windows Vista and do not have anything else running except Microsoft
Office 2003.
I have the paper clip assistant running which was the one that was installed
when I installed the program on my Vista machine.

What is the problem, if I have 4085 MB with only 30 free What is all this
cashed 3082 MB being used for.

This is a terrible use of memory as far as I am concerned.
I have not had a problem with not enough memory before.

"Cached". It's supposed to be freed up when a program like Office needs it.

Then why is it not freed up so I have enough memory to change the assistant?

Is this a glitch in Vista because I have never had this problem changing
assistant in XP

Thanks

This applies to Outlook 2000 not 2003. This is not my problem.
I solved it by downloading msagent.com and registering it.
Thanks anyway
