452.4.5.3 Too many Recipients

Just changed over from OE to Outlook 2003. My 130 member distribution list,
that has always worked on OE, is no longer sending to all 130 e-mail
addresses. 30 members come back with a "452.4.5.3 Too many recipients" error
message. I can send to any distribution list I create that is 100 or less
e-mail addresses in Outlook 2003. I can send to an unlimited number of
e-mail addresses in OE. I use the same incoming/outgoing mail servers for
both Outlook and OE.

I have read that this is not an Outlook issue but is a server issue, but I'm
confused as to why this isn't an issue in OE using the same servers.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
