4th Level numbering

Hello, a word doc is displaying the numbering of paragraphs correctly up until the point where they become fourth level paragraphs as in for example 18.4.4.1. If I have say three paragraphs on this fourth level, they are all numbered the same, e.g. 18.4.4.1. How can I fix this so that the numbering is correct on this level as well?
