500 Internal Server Error

When I try to publish, I receive the following error
message:

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server is temporarily unable to
service your request due to the Digest::MD5 module being
unloadable.

Anyone know how to deal with this?

500 errors usually indicate a server permissions
problem.
Have your host check the permissions settings
