550 [PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS

I am using comcast and receive the following e-mail message when attempting
to senf to this one address using Outlook 2003:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 10/24/2006 4:56 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Michele Bertazzon ([email protected]) on 10/24/2006 4:56 PM
550 [PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS

I can send to the address with MSN, hotmail, and others but not with Outlook
2003.

Have turned OFF all firewalls and disabled virus checking. Have created new
outlook profile, have created new WinXP user profile and obtain the same
result. Have also flushed the Outlook DNS address cache and performed an
"office detect and repair".

1 out of 25 messages might go through. Problem started about 2 months ago
and has reached the point where customer refused to deal with my primary
e-mail account.

Could there be a "rules" issue (can't find it if there is)?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bill
