Hi =?Utf-8?B?TmV2ZXJCb3Jpbmc=?=,
I have the HTML code for a button that I wish to place into a Word 2002
document. The button is for a reader to click on and go to a web site,
PayPal, on which they can place money into my account. I do not understand
how to make the button.
Well, Word gives you a couple of choices. Given that including macros in a
document will trigger macro security, it would probably be best to solve this
without embedding any macro code in the document. That would mean just putting
the hyperlink into the document and formatting it to look like a button. For
example:
1. Insert the hyperlink, making sure to type the display text you want
(Submit, for example)
2. Select the entire display text
3. Format/Borders and Shading. Select a gray shading, and a nice border (the
gray scale with a black line looks pretty good). Format the font the way you
want it to look.
