A problem with the pop3 server

I get an error message saying that it can't receive
messages. I know it has something to do with the incoming
and outgoing mail servers but I can't figure it out. Can
anyone help me with this please?

What's the exact text of the error message?
What version of Outlook?

in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.
