A program is trying to access contacts problem

How do I get rid of this popup when another program tries
to access my Outlook address book? Is there a way to do
something "under the hood" to prevent this? I know the
purpose of it but if there is a hack to get rid of it I
would appreciate knowing what it is.

Hi Lawrence,

I'm all-the-sudden getting this message too. It started
this morning (9-8-2004) just after I downloaded a couple
of Microsoft Security HotFix's. When did your's start?
