a program is trying to access email addresses

My boss has installed the Beta version of Office. He has
been receiving "A program is trying to access email
addresses you have stored in Outlook" messages.

This only occurs every time he opens a new message.

How can we prevent this message from happening. We
checked add-ins, and spam filters. He also does not
synchronize his mail with any mobile devices.

Does your boss have the Business Contact Manager installed? If so, are you
also connecting with an Exchange server? If the answer is Yes to both
questions, try uninstalling BCM.
