a program is trying to access my email addresses

When using email through ACT 6.0, (which is setup under outlook 2003), I get
the message "a program is trying to access my email addresses" and I'm
prompted to answer a time limitation question. Is there any way to remove
this nuisance ?? I use ACT all day long and can't stand answering the time
question over and over.
