A simple letter.

I was wondering if I might get an answer as to how I can compose a basic
letter.
Or even type out a list of instructions for people for after I pass away.
I don't know how to have a templet , I only do e-mail, and I am very
frustrated.
I know that I should use Microsft word, but how do I find that?
Please help!

normally you find MS Word in your startmenu

click on start...go to programmes....there you should find Word...just click
on it and it will start up...then you can just start writing what ever and
how ever you like

You don't need Word for this. WordPad, which you'll find under Accessories
on your Start menu, will do what you need.
