Please someone help me!!! I tried to send a very large picture as an attachment in Microsoft Outlook. Even though I can cancel the action with the task manager, it still immediately starts spooling when I launch Outlook. I can't delete. I can't move to trash. I can't do anything. I asked the IT people but they don't know
Please send reply to (e-mail address removed)
Thank you so much.

Create a new .pst file and make it the default. Close and reopen Outlook.
Go into the previous .pst and delete the message from the Outbox.
