I got the autocomplete from the cache, but if one has wrong alias and has
been update from the exchange server, how to make the autocomplete get the
correct name. (I already try to delete the autocomplete list, but after
resend a mail to that user, the autocomplete still has the wrong name.) Any
body know how to correct this problem ? Thanks. Also I found the user's X.500
email address format in GAL also has the wrong cn name, how to correct it ?

The display address/name and X500 address can be modified by the e-mail
admin in Active Directory. Once that is done you can highlight the entry
when the AutoComplete list pops-up and press DELETE.
